This mini series of acrylic paintings was insprired by the way the clean, clear, sharp spring light pierces the tender young banches and newly unfurled foliage. When the air is light clean and crisply refreshing. With the type of  sunlight, that makes everything seem to sparkle. That is the feeling that I am attempting to evoke in this modern abstracted painting.
